Background
DataKingAcademy was born from a simple belief: someone’s opportunity to learn from the right mentor can change the course and speed of their career.
Two years before completing my first degree I had zero knowledge about databases, but a mentor took a chance on by equipping me with computer-based learning programs that gave me an accelerated career growth. Fourteen years later, that opportunity has evolved into a passion for helping others build meaningful careers in data.
With experience spanning business intelligence, data management, database administration, and consulting, I have contributed to major data initiatives across telecommunications, finance, and manufacturing. As an IBM vendor, he participated in key projects with Bharti Airtel, the world’s second-largest telecommunications company; served as a Business Intelligence SME with MTN, Africa’s largest telecom company; and provided advisory and support services to one of Canada’s Big Five banks, among other professional engagements.
Having worked alongside global experts and enterprise stakeholders on multi-million-dollar data projects, DataKingAcademy brings practical industry experience into the learning environment.
